The domain stacynd.com has the following in the homepage, "Implementing the most comprehensive approach to Integrative Medicine." I analyzed that the website also stated " Our unique model provides the most effective, responsible, and comprehensive approached to integrated care." They also stated " If you had to choose, would you mist the leaves or water the soil of a withering plant? The answer seems basic - misting the leaves with water is helpful, but nowhere near as helpful as nourishing the roots. Yet, as a society, this is how we often treat our bodies. When we are sick, we tend only to our branches."

Getting it Together

Tuesday, March 3, 2015. Writing, change, and bloody pen licences. Today I write, like many days before, and I expect many days to come, I write. I love writing, it has granted me much kindnesses and stimulation. Through both personal exploration and probably mainly internal clarification, and importantly connection to my community. I made a commitment this weekend regarding writing. A necessary commitment I think which currently I feel very optimistic about.

The grief was unbearable, and it took me quite some time to overcome my loss. I tried to write, but words no longer flowed. I even tried to read my favorite books, but interest was lacking.

Simply Spilling Hope

Wednesday, March 4, 2015. This picture is not looking out my back window. Only in Oklahoma do schools close the night before anticipating a snow or ice storm. This predicted snow storm reminds me of waiting. When the snow begins .
